Confidence is another vital thing. Present your work to the production manager, if they try to say it is not a good work, defend it. You worked for it, fight for it. Develop a positive feeling that it will be hit songs. This self-confidence will help you write even better songs.

You may learn from your progress. Maybe last time you made a hit hymn was last year, go back to the songs that hit. Listen to it, the words and season in which you produced it.
