An Easy Way to Score Free Backstage Passes

If your dream artist is coming to town and the thought of getting backstage is the most enthralling thing you can think of you must set about trying to win backstage passes as soon as possible "of course , everyone will be after those passes, so the earlier you get on it, the better!

Start by searching for any contests or promotions they could be running. This can include everything from listening to the radio station at the right time and simply calling in, to writing an elaborate essay about why it is that you are the best person to give those tickets to. Make sure to call each radio or paper who is running such a promotion to get all of the details so you don't accidentally end up getting disqualified yourself as you failed to follow the instructions.

If you cannot find anything locally, it is time to get on the internet. This search can include anything visiting fan forums to contacting the companies that are sponsoring the show. Again, look for contests, promotions and special events that may get you in.

Along the lines of company sponsors, you should consider approaching them about doing their promotions in return for free passes. Due to the fact that each business sponsor wants to get as much bang for their buck as possible , there are numerous businesses which will like this idea. Occasionally all it takes to win backstage passes is walking around for two weeks ahead distributing out fliers and drumming up a crowd for the event.

Of course, if you can't win free backstage passes, you can always work for them by volunteering as roadie or as a freelance columnist for the show. Either way you go, all that it needs to get backstage in most cases is a little creativity and confidence. Get smart about it and you might just win passes for your mates too!
